This Privacy Policy explains how TJ LENDING LLC ("TJ LENDING", "we", "our", "us") — a Texas-licensed Credit Access Business (CAB License #1400050303-154299, NMLS #319848) — collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website at lending-tj.com and any associated mobile application or service we operate (collectively, the "Service"). TJ LENDING is a technology platform, not the lender; loans are issued by our partner lender.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide directly
When you submit a loan request, we collect the information you enter, which may include:
- Loan amount, requested term, and state of residence
- Full name, date of birth, and contact details (email address, phone number, mailing address)
- Social Security Number (in full or in part) and government identification details
- Employment and income information
- Bank account and routing information for funding and repayment (handled by our partner lender if you sign a loan agreement)
- Any other information you provide via support inquiries or correspondence
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit the Service, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- Device and browser information (type, operating system, language)
- IP address and approximate location derived from it
- Pages viewed, links clicked, time spent, and referral source
- Cookies and similar identifiers (see Section 5)
2.3 Information from third parties
We may receive information about you from our partner lender (such as the status and outcome of any application or loan) and from identity-verification services, fraud-prevention providers, and other vendors we use to operate the Service.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service
- Route your loan request to our partner lender for review
- Communicate with you about your application or our Service
- Verify your identity and prevent fraud
- Detect, prevent, and address abuse and security incidents
- Comply with applicable legal obligations and recordkeeping requirements applicable to a Texas Credit Access Business
- Conduct internal analytics to understand and improve how the Service is used
4. How we share information
4.1 Our partner lender
When you submit a loan request and choose to proceed, we share the information needed to evaluate your request with our partner lender. The partner lender uses your information under its own privacy policy to underwrite, fund, and service the loan it makes to you.
4.2 Service providers
We share information with vendors that help us operate the Service — such as hosting, analytics, identity verification, fraud prevention, email and SMS delivery, and customer-support tooling. These vendors are contractually limited to using your information solely to provide services to us.
4.3 Legal and safety
We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful legal process, protect our rights or property, or protect the safety of any person. This includes responding to subpoenas, court orders, and inquiries from regulators, including the Texas Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner.
4.4 Business transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you and seek your consent where required by law.
4.5 We do not sell personal information
We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or other third parties for monetary value or other valuable consideration. Sharing with our partner lender is for the limited purpose of fulfilling the loan-request service you have asked us to provide.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
The Service uses cookies and similar technologies to operate, secure, and improve the experience. Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. We use:
- Strictly necessary cookies required for the Service to function (e.g., security, session management)
- Analytics cookies that help us understand how the Service is used in aggregate
- Functional cookies that remember your preferences
Most browsers allow you to control cookies via settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect functionality.
6. Data security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS / 256-bit SSL) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as is needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations (including recordkeeping requirements applicable to a Texas Credit Access Business), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer required, we delete or de-identify it. Information held by our partner lender is retained according to that lender's own policies and applicable law.
8. Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Delete your personal information (subject to recordkeeping requirements)
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Opt out of certain communications
To exercise any of these rights, email us at seo@lending-tj.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
9. California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act:
- The right to know the categories of personal information collected, the sources, the purposes for collection, and the categories of recipients
- The right to access the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you
- The right to delete personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions
- The right to correct inaccurate personal information
- The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information)

11. International users
The Service is operated from and intended for use within the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
